These General Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kinode, which refers to the Kinode Operating System, website, and all affiliated technology and services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Sybil Technologies AG ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using Kinode, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement and accept these Terms in full.

Kinode represents a comprehensive suite of tools and platforms, including:

  • The Kinode Operating System, Namespace and KINO Token
  • The Kinode.org website, and
  • Any affiliated technology and related services.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

  • Registration: To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date.
  • Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or intellectual property infringement.

  • License: By posting User Content, you grant Sybil Technologies AG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content for the purpose of providing and promoting the Services.
  • Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates the rights of third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, the Kinode Operating System, and software, are owned by Sybil Technologies AG or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you will cease immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sybil Technologies AG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sybil Technologies AG and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zug, Switzerland.
